Kajiado County is a county in the former Rift Valley Province of Kenya. The county capital is Kajiado town, but the largest town is Ongata Rongai. The county borders Nairobi and extends to the Tanzania border further south. It has five administrative sub-counties: Isinya, Kajiado Central, Kajiado North, Kajiado West, Loitokitok, Mashuuru. According to the 2019 Kenya Population and Housing Census the population is 1,117,840 with a population density of 51/km2
