Kilifi County is a county of Kenya. Its capital is Kilifi and its largest town is Malindi. The county is located north and northeast of Mombasa. It has seven administrative sub-counties: Kilifi North, Kilifi South, Kaloleni, Rabai, Ganze, Malindi and Magarini. According to the 2019 Kenya Population and Housing Census the population is 1,453,787 with a population density of 120/km2.

A Public Emergency Care Centre is any public health facility (including mission hospitals and NGOs) that receives acutely ill and injured patients, is open and staffed 24 hours a day, and has a functioning operating theatre.
